Social Worker
The Social Worker is a professional social worker assigned to Loma Linda VA Community Living Center (CLC) Palliative Care program and Community Residential (CRC) program. The incumbent's primary focus is to provide social work services and interventions to eligible veterans with highly complex health and mental health problems. Professional social work interventions are provided as a means of assisting them to meet biological, psychological, social, and environmental needs.
