Uncommon Schools seeks a Social Worker to support K–12 students in a mission-driven, college-preparatory charter network. You will provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, and create intervention plans that address social, emotional, and behavioral needs. In partnership with teachers, leaders, and families, you will remove barriers to learning, respond to crises, and connect students to community resources. You will contribute to a positive, equitable school culture and receive ongoing coaching and professional development to grow your practice and leadership.
