Erickson Senior Living seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support residents across our continuing care retirement community. The LCSW will provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and care planning for seniors in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, advocate for residents and families, connect them to community resources, and lead family meetings.
