Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid and current licensure to practice as a Social Worker in the state
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing various challenges
• Work closely with teachers and administration to implement effective support strategies
• Collaborate with families to identify resources and coordinate services
