Duties

Help

1. Screen, interview and perform bio-psychosocial evaluations on behavioral health patients.
2. Provide targeted assessments and evaluations to include diagnostic impressions.
3. Formulate behavioral health interventions and assist with implementation and monitoring of treatment plans.
4. Provide on-going consultation services for patients who require on-going monitoring and follow-up where appropriate.
5. Provide concise and timely documentation of care and recommendations in patient's medical record.
