Apply biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions.
Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches.
Provide primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care.
Implement psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic.
Document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters.
Collect bio-psychosocial information about patients using interview, case history, observation techniques, and assessment methods.
Provide a comprehensive range of complex clinical mental health care to individuals severely impacted by moderate to severe psychiatric diagnoses.
Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments to patient's treatment plans as appropriate.
Provides limited case management to improve individual family and occupational functioning and mitigate crises.
