Job Title
Job Requirements:
Master of Social Work or counseling and Guidance or related degree from an accredited university.
3000 hours of post-graduate experience.
State of WI license.
State of WI letter of approval as "provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic."
Possesses the training, knowledge, and skills necessary to perform the following activities: Evaluation, treatment, and/or patient care for patients in one or more of the following age groups; pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
