Social Services Manager - MSW Lead for Housing & Families

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Social Services Manager for the Evangeline Booth Lodge in Illinois. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Program Director and oversees the social services team, intake, case management, and direct client services within a residential program.

You will supervise staff, coordinate training, monitor program metrics, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining compassionate, professional service to residents and the community.
