This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content to promote our vehicles, brand and dealership while also directly selling vehicles to customers both online and in person.Social Media & Marketing DutiesCreate, film, and post engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTubeShowcase new and used vehicle inventory through photos, videos, reels, and live contentHighlight promotions, dealership events, customer deliveries, and special offersRespond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with management to align content with sales goals and marketing campaignsTrack engagement and lead generation from social media effortsSales ResponsibilitiesAssist customers throughout the vehicle buying process, from initial contact to final deliveryGenerate and follow up on leads from social media, phone, internet, and walk-insConduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrationsNegotiate pricing and payment options to close sales effectivelyMaintain accurate customer records and follow-up communicationMeet or exceed individual and dealership sales goalsQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable being on camera and speaking confidentlyExperience with social media platforms (professional or personal brand experience accepted)Sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organizedAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We OfferCompetitive commission-based pay with bonus opportunitiesTraining and support for both sales and social media growthOpportunity to build a personal brand within an established dealershipCareer growth within the Colonial Automotive GroupFun, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
