This is a high-judgment, process-driven role that requires operational consistency and the ability to think critically when guidelines meet real-world edge cases.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and make daily approval and rejection decisions on user-submitted video content based on established content guidelinesIdentify and escalate grey-area content that requires additional review or policy clarificationPartner with internal stakeholders to revise and expand content guidelines as new content scenarios emergeSource and identify potential content creators across social platforms to expand the contributor pipelineMaintain accurate records of moderation decisions to support audit trails and trend analysisIdentify opportunities to automate or streamline portions of the moderation workflow using AI-assisted toolingProvide regular reporting on content volume, approval rates, rejection reasons, and flagged patternsQualificationsHands-on experience managing organic social media for a brand, including content publishing, copywriting, and community engagementWorking knowledge of platform norms, content formats, and best practices across major social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)Experience in a role requiring high-volume daily decision-making with strong attention to detailStrong judgment and comfort making consistent decisions in ambiguous situationsOrganized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a daily workload independentlyExperience writing or maintaining process documentation, guidelines, or playbooks is a plusCuriosity about or experience with AI tools is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeYou bring the discipline to work through a daily content queue accurately and efficiently, and the initiative to improve the process over time.
