Working Time: 07:00 AM to 4 PM CST
Employee Status: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Skills and Qualifications
- Create high-quality static posts, stories, and carousels using Canva
- Edit and produce engaging reels/short videos using CapCut (captions, transitions, trending audio)
- Publish, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms
- Maintain and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar
- Write strong captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the brand voice
- Ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, templates, tone) across all content
- Respond to comments and DMs promptly; handle community and basic queries
- Track performance (reach, engagement, views) and share weekly/monthly reports
- Research trends and propose new content ideas to improve growth and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams for briefs, approvals, and required assets
