Social Media Engagement Strategist

To grow organic social presence through audience-first content and authentic community engagement, the full-time Social Media Engagement Strategist will manage the social content process from ideation to publishing, develop engagement strategies, and build relationships within the community. Key responsibilities Own the social content process, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs Create audience-first content that encourages conversation and builds community engagement Plan and execute campaigns while measuring audience growth and refining content strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 3-5 years of experience creating high-performing social media content and managing online communities Proficiency with social media platforms and tools such as Sprout Social, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging social media content Experience with social media analytics and project management software
