Social Media Engagement Agent

To enhance online presence, the part-time hourly Social Media Engagement Agent will monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with the social media team to improve engagement strategies, all while working remotely from Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina, or South Carolina with mandatory weekend and early morning or night shifts. Key responsibilities: Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms Respond to comments, DMs, and featured videos in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the social media team to maintain and improve engagement best practices Required qualifications: Availability for weekend and holiday shifts Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus Strong interest in skincare and familiarity with industry trends Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
