Social Media Coordinator

Studio Antología is a boutique creative agency based out of West Palm Beach, Florida. Our clients span beauty, luxury fashion, interior design, hospitality, and more. We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution across our growing roster of clients.

This role is 20 hours a week to start, with the opportunity to grow over time. The ideal candidate is based in West Palm Beach, is eager to learn, and is available Monday-Friday during business hours. This role is part time to start, with the opportunity to grow full-time over the next 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media content calendars across multiple client accounts.
• Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
• Edit short-form video using provided footage, with an understanding of pacing, transitions, audio, and platform-specific formats.
• Create social media graphics and carousels using Canva.
• Translate creative direction and content briefs into polished, platform-ready assets.
• Make edits and revisions based on feedback while maintaining each client's brand voice and visual identity.
• Organize and manage digital content libraries, ensuring assets are properly labeled and accessible.
• Ensure all scheduled content is accurate, properly formatted, and ready for publishing.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and creative opportunities relevant to client accounts.
• Support day-to-day content production and social media execution across a variety of brands.
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, its features, and current content best practices.
• Experience managing social media content calendars and publishing workflows.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic short-form video editing.
• A strong visual eye, with an understanding of composition, typography, and social-first creative.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow through.
• Receptive to feedback and confident executing creative direction.
• Curious, resourceful, and excited to work across a variety of brands and industries.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other editing tools is a plus.

Hours: 15-20 hours/week to start

Location: Remote but must based West Palm Beach, FL for shoots & meetings

Schedule: Monday–Friday during business hours

Type: Contract Part-time, with opportunity to grow over time
