This role will focus on managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting with ongoing marketing initiatives.Compensation Rate: $18.00 HourlyKey Responsibilities:Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Create engaging content including photos, videos, and captionsMonitor messages, comments, and online engagementAssist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiativesCoordinate with internal teams to gather content and highlight updatesTrack basic performance metrics and engagementMaintain brand consistency across all platformsQualifications:1–2 years of experience in social media or marketing preferredStrong communication and creative skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms and trendsBasic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, etc.)Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasksPreferred:Experience in hospitality or service industryBasic understanding of digital marketing or advertisingCultural competency/ knowledge of Indian culture/ languages/ festivals preferred
