The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, can work well against deadlines and can manage multiple projects at a time.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain PR closet and incoming samplesCreate and maintain PR line sheet to be distributed to content creatorsCommunicate with the store field team, coordinating in-store visits and shipping needsSupport marketing and PR initiatives, assisting with influencer sourcing and communicationsPacking and shipping PR orders, confirming receipt and monitoring contentOrganize and maintain library of digital contentHelp monitor social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversionsAssist with on-site activations and eventsProvide general administrative support to the Social Media and Marketing teamsOccasional graphic design projects for PR events and social graphicsAdditional ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and managementDemonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearanceTravels up to 10% of scheduled shiftsAdheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety RegulationsAdheres to local, state and federal lawsPerforms any other duties that may be assigned by managementUnderstands and complies with all company rules and regulationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in social mediaHighly proficient with all social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
