FiveStar CCTV (fivestarcctvs.com) is a trusted provider of high-quality surveillance and security camera systems. We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Associate to join our marketing team in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Showcase our CCTV products, installation highlights, and security tips to engage our audience.
- Monitor direct messages and comments, responding to customer inquiries and routing leads to sales.
- Track and report on social media growth and engagement metrics weekly.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience managing brand social media channels (experience in tech, hardware, or home services is a plus).
- Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Express to create clean, professional visual posts.
- Reliable high-speed internet and computer setup for remote collaboration.
