Social Media & Operations Pro: Content & CRM

InsideOut is seeking a proactive Social Media & Operations Assistant in Latin America or South Africa to join the team. You will own creative social media management and content execution, while handling backend operations, lead tracking, and admin coordination.

You will work with CapCut and Canva to produce engaging content, manage a structured calendar, and deploy real-time posts. You will assist with CRM in Jobber and SOPs, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflows.
