We're looking for someone who is excited to be part of the studio environment, capture the energy of our community, and help bring the Mantra brand to life through thoughtful, well-executed social and marketing content.Role OverviewThe Social Media & Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of Mantra Fitness's social media and local marketing efforts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role focuses on content coordination, graphic creation, posting schedules, and in-studio support for promotions and events, working within an established brand and marketing direction. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and regular in-studio presence.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Coordination & Scheduling Create and maintain a basic posting strategy and schedule aligned with studio programming, promotions, and eventsDevelop and manage weekly and monthly content calendarsSchedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using Later.comAdapt professionally produced photo and video assets for social platformsWrite captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action aligned with brand voiceMaintain consistent posting across brand and studio accountsTrack basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower trends)Graphic Design (Canva-Based) Create static posts, story graphics, promotional tiles, and event graphics using CanvaMaintain and update brand templatesSupport campaign visuals for promotions, challenges, and studio announcementsEnsure brand consistency across all graphicsLight Content Capture (In-Studio) Capture occasional iPhone photos and short-form video clips in studioSupport instructor features, events, and behind-the-scenes contentCoordinate with studio teams to gather raw contentLocal Marketing & Events Support Assist with promotion of pop-up events, partnerships, and community collaborations in conjunction with our studio managersSupport on-site logistics and content capture during eventsHybrid & Travel ExpectationsHybrid position with both remote work and regular in-studio presenceIn-studio work required for content capture, events, and collaborationOccasional travel between Mantra Fitness studio locations in the Tampa–Sarasota areaRequired SkillsStrong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokHands-on experience using Later.com (or similar scheduling platforms)Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and templated content creationAbility to plan and manage a basic social media posting scheduleStrong organization and time-management skillsAbility to follow brand guidelines and execute consistentlyComfortable working independently and managing recurring tasksStrong communication skills and reliabilityQualifications1–3 years experience in social media coordination, content execution, or marketing supportExperience working with branded social accountsComfortable working in both remote and in-studio environmentsNice to HaveExperience with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brandsBasic short-form video trimming or formattingExperience supporting events or grassroots marketing initiativesEngagement DetailsContractor position (1099)Part-time: approximately 15–20 hours per weekHybrid schedule with in-studio expectationsOpportunity to grow hours or responsibilities over time based on performanceIf you're excited by intentional movement, creative execution, and being part of a growing fitness brand that actually lives its values inside the studio — not just online — this is a place where your work will be seen, felt, and appreciated.
