Job Summary

The Social Media & Community Lead will manage Slice’s social channels, create content, and foster community engagement among pizzeria owners. The role requires creativity, confidence, and the ability to produce high-quality content quickly while measuring impact and driving real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow Slice’s social and community presence
• Launch, test, and scale new and existing social channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ideate, produce, and publish content owners care about
• Create feedback loops between social, community, and business outcomes
• Appear on-camera to humanize the Slice brand
• Create weekly content (graphics, short-form video, animations, carousels, trend-based posts)
• Support real-time coverage during nights and weekends as needed
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media and community
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and community building
• Ability to produce content (not just schedule it)
• Experience launching and growing social channels
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Edits, native platform tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Bonus: experience with animation, captions, or AI-assisted tools
• Passion for storytelling, community-building, and the pizzeria industry
