You'll work across teams, build relationships, and play a key part in strengthening and shaping our social compliance program.Major Duties / Responsibilities:Serve as a resource on social responsibility risks and best practices, helping evaluate supplier alignment with our Code of ConductPartner with internal teams and external vendors to support onboarding and ongoing compliance effortsPlan and conduct onsite audits for company-owned facilities, including follow-up visits as neededManage and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), partnering with site teams to implement meaningful improvementsMaintain accurate audit records, compliance documentation, and reporting systemsMonitor supplier performance and identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve outcomesContribute to policy and procedure development with both domestic and international teams based on industry trends and emerging standardsResearch country-specific regulations and social responsibility risks to support informed decision-makingRespond to customer inquiries and complete compliance questionnaires with accuracy and clarityStay up to date on labor laws, industry standards, and best practicesReport company initiatives and efforts through third-party platformsSupport training and awareness initiatives related to ethical sourcingShare monthly updates on program performance and key metricsTravel domestically (up to 40%) to support audits and site visitsWhat You BringTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The list below is representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.2–3 years of experience in social compliance, corporate social responsibility, or a related fieldFamiliarity with international labor standards and compliance programs (within U.S. and Asia a plus)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyComfort working both independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus)Knowledge of SMETA, ERSA, or B Corp standards is a plusA sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to make things betterJump in where needed—priorities can shift, and flexibility is keyOur customers come from all walks of life and so do we.
