To enhance our nation's ability to identify, address, and act – no matter what challenges arise.Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly requiredLocation: Fort Meade, MDThe SOC Program Manager oversees daily operations including intrusion monitoring, triage analysis escalation/communication of events, gathering and reporting on current threat intelligence data, carrying out 'first responder' responsibilities associated with security incidents, and containing, eradicating, recovering and analyzing incident events within a 24/7 operation.Essential Duties:Understand IT systems security architecture and testing, as well as privacy related risks and controls.Serve as the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Oversight Manager, Technical Monitors, and other Government personnel and contractors.Manage a complex, multi-task information technology security and privacy contractFormulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor work schedules, and review all work products and servicesSupervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinatesPlan, organize, and prioritize work managing multiple tasks in a highly-complex, dynamic environmentAnalyze metrics to improve overall effectivenessEnsure deadlines and budget commitments are metQualifications:A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline is preferred.At least five (5) years of general information systems experience.At least seven (7) years of experience related to information security.At least seven (7) years of project management experience.CISSP or equivalent certification highly preferred.
