SoC Power & Physical Architect — Next-Gen HBM

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Member of Technical Staff in SoC power and physical architecture for next-gen HBM architecture. You will shape clocking, power sequencing, PDN, and on-die interfaces while collaborating with physical designers to define floorplans and document SoC power integrity.
