SOC Design lead

Job Title: SOC Design Lead

Job Description:

1. Responsible for end-to-end development and delivery of the product, including architecture, microarchitecture, Digital/Analog/RF circuits, tapeout, packaging, testing, equipment selection, and product qualification.
2. Participate in defining product roadmaps, validate design assumptions, and apply hardware experience to plan, optimize, and validate execution.
3. Write detailed technical documentation for hardware projects.
4. Implement and integrate features and functionalities into hardware designs aligned with proposals or roadmaps.
5. Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize power, performance, and area.
6. Collaborate with design, verification, validation, software, and systems engineering teams to incorporate new requirements and improve yield, test time, and quality.
7. Evaluate and develop manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products to meet customer expectations and schedules.
8. Assess material reliability, properties, and techniques; innovate and automate to maximize productivity.
9. Assist in evaluating complex design features for potential flaws, compatibility, and compliance issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE/ECE with 7-10 years of experience.
2. Motivated, energetic, eager to learn and grow.
3. Experience leading analog or digital design and productizing silicon products.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of the full SOC design flow and productization.
5. Expertise in areas such as Digital Design (ARM core-based products), Analog Design, High-performance compute products or IPs is a plus.
