Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Spring Java, proficient in JEE applications
- Proficient in Angular / React JS
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL / Oracle
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security are essential
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and RESTful APIs is required
- Developing the overall structure and framework for data storage and processing within Snowflake, focusing on extracting insights, creating reports, and dashboards
- Data warehousing and modeling expertise: understanding concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design
- Experience with ETL tools and technologies, specifically Snowflake
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines for data integration into data warehouses or lakes
- Ensuring data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and monitoring ETL processes
- Coordination of technical resources
- Strong proficiency in Perl programming, including syntax, data structures, and libraries; designing, developing, and testing software applications using Perl
- Experience in JUnit test case development
- Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, Lambda) and API Gateway is preferred
- Knowledge of web design patterns and front-end technologies like HTML5, jQuery, and MVC frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot
- Proven experience with Cassandra, including data modeling and querying; troubleshooting skills
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and scaling web services and applications
- Excellent technical design and development skills
- Deep knowledge of the Java ecosystem, tooling, and best practices
- Deliver high-level designs for systems
- Experience in the insurance domain
