- 3+ years of experience in Snowflake platform operations or support.
- SnowPro Core certification preferred; additional Snowflake certifications a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (Python or Bash) for operational automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with Linux system administration and batch scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys).
- Basic AWS IaaS administration; Azure or GCP experience acceptable.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and tools (ServiceNow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience supporting Snowflake integrations with business analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Quicksight).
- Exposure to Snowpark container services and Snowpipe stream analytics.
