We strive for a top quality and safe snow surface that exceeds our guests' expectations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Safe operation of a Pisten Bully 400 snowcat including:Daily checkout and inspection of machines.Correct start-up and shutdown procedures.Tiller and Blade operation.Efficient operating practices.Learn the necessary skills to maintain ski runs around the mountain:Be familiar with Brundage Mtn. trail system.Grooming theory and techniques.Understand changing snow and weather conditions.Fill out daily grooming log.QualificationsHighschool diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.Previous grooming experience preferred.Heavy Equipment operating experience required.Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment.Other Requirements:Valid driver's licenseMust be available and willing to work night shifts.
