SMT Machine Technician

SMT Machine TechnicianA manufacturing company is seeking a SMT Machine Technician to serve as support for Engineers and focus on creating and maintaining SMT process equipment programs, profiles, and completing proper maintenance that ensures equipment remains in good working order. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; however, there is the potential for a 5 a.m.

start.Job ResponsibilitiesModify programs that support all equipment in the automated SMT production linesMaintain SMT production line programs ensuring correct rev and data to be utilizedProactively repair equipment as needed, build tooling/fixtures for production when necessary, and monitor machine performanceTrain operators in basic equipment operation and preventive maintenanceMaintain preventive maintenance schedule and assist in maintenance strategy planning for new equipmentTroubleshoot equipment and quality issues and provide feedback for continuous improvementPerform all other duties as assigned
