Owning the carrier and provider operations for SMS, the full-time SMS Operations Specialist will manage 10DLC registrations, RCS agent applications, and maintain communications with third-party vendors while working remotely. Key responsibilities Submit and track 10DLC brand and campaign registrations, including managing the vetting and resubmission process Handle day-to-day operational communication with third-party providers to ensure timely resolution of provider tickets Prepare and submit RCS agent applications, managing the approval pipeline through to decision-making Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in telecom, messaging, technical operations, or a related field Direct experience with 10DLC registration or similar regulated submission processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate slow approval queues effectively Clear written communication skills to provide precise status updates to teams Understanding of SMS deliverability and carrier compliance concepts is preferred
