Lowes Foods is seeking a Smokehouse Pit Master for our Garner, NC store. In this role, you’ll craft signature smoked meats and sides, operating smokers and related equipment while following precise recipes, cooking times, and food safety standards. You will set and merchandise the smokehouse cases, engage guests with friendly Southern hospitality, and support sampling and special events.
The Pit Master maintains high cleanliness standards, manages product rotation and waste, assists with ordering and inventory, and helps train hosts to deliver consistent quality and memorable in-store experiences.
