Required Qualifications
5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience.
3+ years of hands-on Smile CDR administration or support experience.
Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, and OAuth 2.0.
Experience with JSON/XML and healthcare data exchange.
Experience supporting production healthcare platforms and troubleshooting API integrations.
Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
Experience with Linux and scripting.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with CMS interoperability mandates and healthcare payer systems. Knowledge of Axway API Gateway and Apache Camel. Experience with cloud platforms. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and GitLab pipelines. Experience with platform monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
