Key responsibilities Own, retain, and grow a portfolio of SMB Services merchants through tailored adoption of Square tools Drive expansion by upselling and providing value-based recommendations to clients Act as the voice of merchants within Square, advocating for their needs and surfacing insights to shape products Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field Proven track record of discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets Passion and knowledge of how new technologies can benefit small and medium-sized businesses Experience within the Services or Beauty industry is preferred
