About the Role:
Hire Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a mid-sized data, AI and software services consulting firm. We are looking for a Smartsheet Developer/Solutions Consultant to join the team supporting a growing portfolio of client engagements.
This is a long-term, direct hire remote opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in Smartsheet development and consulting. The selected candidate will work as part of a collaborative delivery team supporting client projects in partnership with Smartsheet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced Smartsheet-based solutions, including dashboards, forms, automated workflows, and reports
- Implement Smartsheet premium apps; support testing, documentation, training, and user adoption
- Work closely with account executives, solutions engineers and fellow consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to internal best practices, reusable templates, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure client satisfaction and project success through effective delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing Smartsheet solutions, preferably in a consulting environment
- Experience building automated workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports
- Familiarity with Smartsheet premium features such as Control Center and DataMesh
- Strong communication skills and xhqgsiq ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Smartsheet integrations via Bridge, APIs, or third-party tools
- Smartsheet certifications or related credentials
