We are looking for a Smart Locker / Kiosk Operator – L1 to provide basic technical support and onsite assistance for smart lockers and kiosk systems. The ideal candidate should have basic IT troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working onsite.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart lockers and kiosk devices.
- Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Check device connectivity, power, displays, scanners, and peripherals.
- Assist with device setup, testing, and replacement when required.
- Perform basic maintenance and physical inspection of equipment.
- Follow installation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document issues, repairs, and completed onsite activities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the L2/support team.
- Provide professional onsite support to users and customers.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, field support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working with computers, kiosks, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
- Ability to travel locally if required.
Preferred
- Experience supporting smart lockers, kiosks, POS systems, or similar devices .
- Experience with onsite/field IT support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and network connectivity.
