We are looking for an experienced technician & programmer who lives and breathes Lutron HomeWorks and understands how lighting, shading, and AV come together to create a world-class home.What You'll DoProgram and commission Lutron lighting and shading systemsConfigure and support control systems like SavantTest, optimize, and finalize complete home systemsTroubleshoot complex systems on-site and remotelyWork inside finished luxury homes where precision mattersSpecial installation projects as neededWhat You Need2+ years programming and installing residential AV systems in private homesSolid experience with Lutron HomeWorks systems requiredExperience with Savant preferredStrong understanding of networking fundamentalsAbility to think holistically across lighting, AV, and control platformsClean wiring, rack-building, and installation skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs and climb laddersValid driver's licenseIf you are strong in Lutron but growing in AV control, or vice versa, we will invest in you.Travel ExpectationTravel is an essential function of this role because our projects take us where our clients go.Primary Hubs: Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common.The Road: Overnight stays are required.The Destinations: Longer-distance travel may occur, including destinations such as Florida.Fully Covered: All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.The Perks: You will receive a $100 per night overnight bonus when applicable, stay in real hotels, and enjoy team dinners on the company.Why Work for Springboard AutomationThe "Clean Slate" PTO Match: PTO balance match if joining from another AV companyNo Red Tape: Fast tool approval.
