Our client is seeking an experienced Smart Buildings Leader to define and implement smart-building standards across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, residential, and healthcare assets.
This role will oversee the strategy, integration, and performance of systems such as BMS/BAS, CMMS, access control, smart parking, and cybersecurity.
We're looking for someone with deep expertise in building automation and network infrastructure, with a strong track record in driving smart technology adoption and operational efficiency across complex real estate environments.
Key Focus Areas
- Develop and govern OT standards and roadmaps
- Lead integration of building systems and campus networks
- Manage smart tech across new developments and existing assets
- Collaborate across tech, design, and operations teams
7+ years’ experience in OT or smart buildings required. Experience in mixed‑use or campus environments preferred.
