Production Worker - Small Assembly

Location: Northeast Austin, TX
Pay: $21-$23/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Overtime: As needed

Looking for a hands-on production role where precision and attention to detail matter? We're hiring a Production Worker to perform small-part assembly and precision manufacturing. This is more hands-on assembly than machine operation.

What You'll Do

• Assemble small parts and precision components
• Heat and shape small glass tubes using a torch
• Perform manual screen printing
• Work with quartz glass wool
• Use calipers and measuring tools
• Read basic work instructions and technical drawings
• Complete production paperwork and enter information into systems
• Cross-train on multiple workstations

What We're Looking For

• Small assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions
• Caliper experience is a plus; training available
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work
• Comfortable working with glass materials and an open-flame torch
• Willing to work overtime as needed
