Small Machine Operator 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Job TitleEssential Functions and Responsibilities• Receive direction from supervisor and work from prescribed procedures, oral instructions and close direction.• Work involves a variety of simple manual tasks, working as a team member of a group, receiving guidance and instructions as to what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.• Operate forklift truck, bobcats, and other machinery.• Clean and inspect machinery and other equipment.• Move or rearrange equipment, and materials as directed.• Assist in maintenance projects such as concrete, oiling and greasing equipment.• Clean production area using shovels, brooms, etc.• Ability to work in fast paced environment• Ability to meeting attendance schedule with dependability and consistency• Follow all safety procedures/policies• Willingness to cross-train in other areasAdditional Functions/Job Duties• Able to lift up to 35 lbs• Other duties as assigned.Benefits• Wages in accordance with experience level• Bonuses quarterly based on performance• Health Insurance• Dental and Vision• 401k• Life Insurance• PTO• PPE provided
