$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Small Cell RF Engineer (Remote) - Must be in the USA
Only W2 candidate. Not accepting C2C candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review proposal designs with financial acumen and understanding of fiber scope .
- Lead in-building DOT (radio) deployments , including COP review and RSRP coverage analysis.
- Manage market/vendor design intakes, inquiries , and coverage analysis .
- Create and manage RFDS documents.
- Work cross-functionally with market RF teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience deploying small cells as Construction Manager or Project Manager .
- Familiarity with Extenet or Crown Castle fiber/small cell organizations.
- Strong understanding of RF propagation and design principles .
- Hands-on experience with Atoll .
- T-Mobile experience preferred, especially with Metro by T-Mobile .
