Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Contract at Talented Medical Solutions. Contract: 13 Weeks. In-Office, Willow, CA. Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home care exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
- Active SLP license (state-specific or compact where applicable)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferredli>
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
