Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services within our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident needs
- Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, and families
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Active SLP license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
