We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods. This flexible role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities within a collaborative rehabilitation setting.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
- Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on supportive strategies
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with rehabilitation, nursing, and interdisciplinary staff
- $55-$60/hour

- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
