Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based evaluation and treatment for adult and pediatric patients. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families. You will document progress in accordance with regulatory and agency standards while educating patients and caregivers.
