Interim HealthCare is seeking a caring Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based therapy to patients across our community. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated, patient-first care.
