Slitter Rewinder OperatorOutstanding opportunity for mechanically inclined individual!We are hiring a Slitter Rewinder Operator. This is an entry level position, we are adding this position due to growth. You do not need to have Slitter Rewinder Operator experience but rather mechanical interest in growing your skills.Responsibilities:Operate modern slitter rewinder equipment used in specialty material converting processesLearn machine setup, operation, and process adjustmentsMonitor production runs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistencyPerform material changes, machine adjustments, and basic troubleshootingInspect finished rolls for defects, dimensions, and quality requirementsLoad materials, remove finished rolls, and prepare products for the next production stepFollow detailed work instructions and production specificationsComplete production documentation and quality checksAssist with preventative maintenance activities and equipment improvementsMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
