ProAmpac is seeking a Slitter/Rewinder Machine Operator to safely operate and maintain slitting and rewinding equipment in our flexible packaging manufacturing facility. You will set up machines per job specifications, load and align rolls, monitor web tension and registration, and inspect materials for defects, quality, and correct dimensions.
Responsibilities include performing basic mechanical adjustments, completing production and quality paperwork, following SOPs and 5S standards, troubleshooting minor issues, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
