The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to perform a variety of tasks including material handling, machine setup assistance, and quality control. This role is crucial to ensuring our production line runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the staging and loading of raw material rolls onto the slitter machines. This includes safely operating a forklift to move materials.Aid the Slittery Operator with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.Perform visual inspections of finished products, ensuring they meet specified standards and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.Safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly, as required for moving materials, finished goods, and waste.Assist with the organization of the warehouse, including putting away finished rolls and maintaining a clean work area.Help with the packaging of finished goods for shipment.Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.Qualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, assembly, or a similar production environment is highly valued.Experience with QC processes and safe forklift operation is a plus.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.Must be a team player, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
