Mancan Staffing is proudly assisting a busy and growing company in Kent in their search for a Slitter Operator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team that values reliability, mechanical skills, and a willingness to learn.
Full-time 3rd shift: 6pm-6amPM, Monday through Thursday.
Paid training on 1st shift (6:00 AM 4:00 PM) for approximately 8 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift
$17/hour base pay + 10% shift differential
Temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate and room for advancement!
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude is a must
Printing background is a plus, but not required
Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is helpful
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
