Skip Trace Collections Specialist

Managing and coordinating the collection of delinquent payments for auto loan accounts, the full-time Skip Charge Off Associate will perform skip trace activities, handle customer calls, and meet collection targets in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily skip trace activities on assigned delinquent accounts Service inbound/outbound customer calls related to collections Prepare delinquent accounts for repossession and communicate with repossession vendors Required Qualifications: Three plus years of experience in skip trace collections within a call center environment Preferred experience in auto collections and skip tracing in the automotive industry Outstanding customer service and organizational skills High level of integrity and strong sense of teamwork Highly self-motivated to exceed goals
