Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 3-4 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Lead volunteer recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for project-based roles.
- Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration.
- Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

Qualifications
Required
- Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles
- Detail‑oriented with organizational and time‑management skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Passion for volunteerism and nonprofit work
Preferred
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit management
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools
- Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
